Non-Stop Pride

The culmination of U.S. Pride season arrived last weekend with many of the country’s largest Pride celebrations taking place in cities like New York, Seattle and our hometown, San Francisco. For the seventh consecutive year, we partnered with the nation’s largest LGBT event as the “Official Domestic Airline of San Francisco Pride.” Joining the more than 200 Virgin America teammates, friends and family was American Idol season nine alum and #VXsafetydance safety video star, Todrick Hall.

The YouTube phenomenon known for his video hits The Wizard of AhhsBeauty and the Beat, and Mean Gurlz, was on hand to help parade revelers “buckle up, to get down” with Vonzell Solomon and Virgin America’s own dancing In-Flight Teammate.

Pride supporters who weren’t able to attend this year’s event still have an opportunity to support San Francisco Pride and the non-profit organizations they sponsor by applying for the new Virgin America Visa Signature® Card here. For each person approved for the stylish new card by July 13, 2014, $50 will be donated to San Francisco Pride courtesy of Virgin America.

Also, be sure to check out our Facebook album for more pictures from the past weekend’s festivities.
